The episode begins with Tanushri saying Dadabhai is insulting Mishti by giving gift money to Jhanak only. Dadabhai tells her that Jhanak scored the highest even though she faced tough situations. That’s why he’s giving money to Jhanak to buy sweets. He says he’s not insulting Mishti in any way. Abhimanyu asks Tanushri to drop it because Dadabhai won’t understand. Dadabhai tells them that Mishti had advantages, yet her scores are lower than Jhanak’s. So they should tell Mishti to learn from Jhanak. He adds that Mishti is wasting her time with friends instead of studying.
Dritimaan congratulates Jhanak. Jhanak says she hopes she becomes a good doctor. Aditi says that’s why she brought Jhanak there. She asks Jhanak to share everything with her. Dritimaan asks Aditi whether she felt bad when police took Jhanak to the station. Aditi tells him they haven’t caught the real thief yet. Rishi says he has information about the real thief because he did an investigation. Aditi tells him his investigation must favor Jhanak because Jhanak bought him. Rishi asks her to stop it.
Jhanak says she shouldn’t have come there. Aditi asks where Jhanak can go and stay. Rishi will follow Jhanak wherever she goes. So Jhanak should stay in front of her and complete her studies. Jhanak says she won’t come between Rishi and Aditi, like she promised. Putul asks Jhanak not to explain and go to college. Aditi tells Dritimaan that her jewelry got stolen, but she can’t say anything. Abhimanyu says they should know who the thief is. Rishi says his father can’t handle the truth. Aditi asks why they’re talking about it now when Aniruddh already withdrew the case.
Rishi says today is special because in the evening Sanjhbati’s family is coming to talk about Sanjhbati and Dritimaan’s marriage. Still, he wants to tell them something. Jhanak asks him to stop. She asks why he’s fighting for her. She says she’ll have to leave the house if Rishi speaks anything else. Dritimaan asks Rishi not to drag the matter. Rishi tells Aditi he knows the truth and goes inside.
After some time, Aditi tells Rishi that she thinks he doesn’t trust her. So she should leave the house. Rishi tells her to leave if she wants. He won’t force her to stay. Aditi asks him whether he wants her to leave. Rishi says he didn’t say anything like that. Aditi asks him whether he thinks she framed Jhanak. She says Rishi has changed. Rishi tells her that Jhanak didn’t steal. He didn’t want to talk about it. Aditi asks him to say it directly instead of blaming her indirectly. Why does Rishi suspect her? Rishi tells her she’s assuming things and he didn’t take her name. Aditi asks him whether she’s a criminal to him. She says she did nothing. Rishi asks her not to defend herself. Aditi tells Rishi she wants him to focus on their future. She wants to stay happily with Rishi. She says they should plan a baby. Jhanak thinks Rishi doesn’t need to worry about her. Rishi tells Aditi it’s not the right time to talk about all this. Aditi asks him whether she can’t become a mother. Rishi tells her they’ll talk about it later. He says they should eat first. They turn around and see Jhanak.
Aditi asks Jhanak what this is and why she didn’t knock on the door. Rishi asks why Jhanak was standing there. Aditi says Jhanak embarrasses her. It’s wrong to listen to a husband and wife’s conversation. Jhanak tells Aditi she was passing there. Aditi says there are personal moments between husband and wife. Jhanak says she heard her name, so she stood there to listen. She admits she made a mistake, but why does Aditi always yell at her? Aditi says the thief blames the victim. Jhanak says this is why she didn’t want to stay there. Rishi tells her she knows why she’s there. Aditi says Jhanak doesn’t have any other options to stay. Jhanak asks Aditi not to forget she has also done so much for her. She apologized to them for hearing their conversation. But the truth is she has nothing to do with them. She leaves from there. Aditi asks Rishi whether he saw Jhanak’s attitude. Rishi tells her Jhanak knows why she brought her to this house. He leaves from there.
On the other side, Arshi asks Aniruddh why he didn’t tell her he withdrew the complaint. Aniruddh tells her he did it for Aditi’s sake. He didn’t have time to tell Arshi about it. He says Jhanak can’t harm him. Arshi tells him he’s confident about it because Jhanak is his daughter. Aniruddh tells her she lost her mind. Arshi says she doesn’t want Jhanak in Aditi’s life. They should get rid of Jhanak permanently.
Later, Sanjhbati reaches Chatterjee’s house with her family. Tanushri says she’s happy everyone agreed to the marriage. Aditi says a grand wedding should happen. Putul asks whether Sanjhbati will continue her singing.
