The show starts with Mahakumbh, which took place in 2001 at Prayagraj. Spiritual leaders and holy men gather together. They wonder why they’ve been called and what problem exists. A man arrives and tells them a crisis is approaching. He says sorry for calling them suddenly like this. He explains their purpose and threat are identical. A new danger will emerge after 24 years. A guru asks the man what he’s talking about. The man says the planetary positions reveal this, not him. An enemy nation will attack them.

The guru mentions the enemy nation always does this. He questions how the man can predict what’s coming. The man explains he’s a professor who studied their nation’s astrological chart before reaching this conclusion. He shares that he visited Nadi Mandir to verify his prediction. The guru asks why they’re gathering now if the problem comes in 24 years. The professor explains he received intelligence from the border that the enemy nation has started sending their agents to India.

Meanwhile, Parmeet asks his wife Nimrat if she finished packing. Nimrat tells him to be quiet and let her work. Parmeet urges her to hurry because they need to celebrate their son’s birthday. They’re leaving tomorrow for a trip. The doorbell rings. Parmeet opens the door and sees several men. He asks who they are. One man thinks about the hardships they faced crossing the border illegally. He lies to Parmeet that they’re traveling to Mahakumbh and need water. Parmeet invites them in and offers food. He mentions his family is also going to Mahakumbh tomorrow. He brings them inside. He notices their passport. They kill Parmeet. Nimrat becomes shocked witnessing this and screams Parmeet’s name.

The guru asks the professor what solution exists for this problem. Who will protect them? The professor says she will arrive, and nothing can prevent her. The guru asks who she is. The professor describes her as Shiv’s devotee, Naaglok’s queen, and Anantkul’s leader, Ananta. A holy woman says Sheshnaag’s lineage has ended. The professor says that’s impossible because Sheshnaag has Shiv’s protection. The guru asks where they can locate Ananta. A few months earlier, a priest tells the professor where to find Ananta. The professor should inform Ananta to get ready for battle.

In the present, the guru asks who will look for Ananta. The professor says he’ll locate Ananta, who possesses Sheshnaagin’s abilities. Later, the professor hands his research information to his son. He tells his son to guard it carefully, and he must leave now. Perhaps his life is threatened. His son becomes worried. The professor says he must go to Ananta. He tells his son to always choose the country. He departs.

Parmeet’s friend tells his wife Shalini that Parmeet isn’t answering calls. Shalini watches news and becomes concerned. The professor arrives and says he came to meet Ananta. Shalini’s husband tells the professor that nobody named Ananta lives there. The professor explains only Ananta can defeat their nation’s enemies. The men who killed Parmeet overhear this and kidnap the professor.

Shalini’s husband opens the door after hearing knocking. A Sheshnaagin appears asking for help. Shalini sees the Sheshnaagin is expecting a baby and brings her inside. The Sheshnaagin gives birth to a baby girl. She says she knows she won’t live. She asks Shalini and her husband to raise her daughter and protect her no matter what.

A few hours earlier, the Sheshnaagin speaks to her unborn daughter. She spots several foxes approaching her. She runs to protect herself and falls. Then she fights the foxes. In the present, the Sheshnaagin says her daughter’s name will be Ananta. Shalini and her husband look shocked hearing Ananta’s name. Shalini holds Ananta and smiles.

Those men attack the professor and demand to know who’s coming to kill them. The professor says she will arrive. He tells them they can kill him but not her. He says a shape-shifting snake woman will come, and she has Shiv’s protection. He dies.

After 24 years, New Delhi

Shalini tells her husband they moved to Delhi from Amritsar, but he still hasn’t changed. Shalini’s husband tells her not to worry because he arranged everything. He asks about their daughters. Shalini says they went shopping.

At the market, Ananta picks up a snake. Everyone looks shocked seeing this. The girl places the snake near Shivling. She praises Lord Shiva. Her neighbor compliments her. They ask Ananta about Purvi. Purvi falls in the mud. Ananta rushes to Purvi and helps her. Purvi shows the earrings Ananta wanted. They return home. Purvi asks why she hasn’t received a call from Ananta’s news channel. Ananta tells Purvi not to worry. Shalini’s husband asks Purvi if she booked tickets for Prayagraj. Purvi says she forgot. Shalini’s son Rohan says he booked tickets. He calls Purvi foolish. Purvi cries. Ananta chases Rohan to hit him. Uttara Naagin and another snake woman see Ananta’s house. They discuss Ananta. Ananta spots them, so they hide.

Later, Ananta gets ready for a party. Purvi says Ananta is beautiful, and so is her life. Ananta says Purvi is precious to her. She tells Purvi to prepare for the party. She’ll make sure Purvi gets a news channel job. Purvi mentions Ananta is the fashion designer for anchors.

Meanwhile, everyone congratulates Aryaman. Aryaman’s assistant tells him she’s getting married. Aryaman tells her that’s terrible news. Pinky and Nisha arrive. Nisha asks about the party. Aryaman says he’s busy so they can enjoy themselves. He learns about Parmeet’s arrival and goes outside. He calls Parmeet “Dad.” Parmeet congratulates Aryaman.

At the temple, Uttara tells the junior snake woman about Shivanya and Shivangi’s story. She tells Bela, Brinda, and Bani’s story. Then she shares Pratha’s story. And then Pragati’s story. She says now Ananta’s story will start.

Shalini talks to her husband about Purvi’s secret. She says they gave their daughter Ananta’s name and changed Ananta’s name to Purvi. Meanwhile, the junior snake woman looks shocked seeing Purvi’s portrait in the temple.
