In today’s episode, Prem challenges the press about their duties, saying they shouldn’t make judgments without proof. Sarita won’t tolerate criticism against the neighborhood residents or the dance group. Rahi also supports Anupama. Rajini explains she invited the press only to document Varun’s wedding, not to make accusations. She stands up for the neighborhood residents, describing them as sincere and diligent people who wouldn’t participate in wrongdoing. Rajini mentions that while the press has liberty, it shouldn’t share incorrect or misleading information.
Bharti tells Anupama that Ishani and Preet need to return respectfully for the wedding ceremonies to continue. Prem plans to go with Anupama to the police station. However, Rajini prevents him and offers to accompany Anupama instead. Pakhi also wants to join them, but Rahi stops Pakhi and suggests letting Anupama manage the situation alone.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara confronts Parag and demands to know what he’s concealing. She says she’ll feel deeply wounded if she discovers the truth from others. As Parag begins speaking, Gautam interrupts and tells him the builder has verified the papers are signed and reconstruction can start. Parag instructs Gautam not to tell anyone—including Prem and Rahi—that Anupama lives in the same neighborhood. Gautam accepts.
Mahi tells the Kothari family that Ishani and Preet were arrested for suspected misconduct and displays the news. Parag says he believes in Anupama and knows she wouldn’t do anything wrong. Vasundhara, however, says she doesn’t believe in Anupama. Gautam asks Mahi if Pari is also caught up in this, but Mahi says she’s unsure. Vasundhara worries that Pari might get pulled into the problem too. Mahi claims the Kotharis will face consequences either way. Vasundhara asks Parag to bring back Prem and Rahi.
Elsewhere, Paritosh plans to travel to Mumbai. Kinjal stops him, accusing him of blaming Anupama for everything. Paritosh claims Anupama will destroy Pari’s life just like Ishani’s. Kinjal reminds him that Pakhi also couldn’t control Ishani and says Anupama shouldn’t be blamed for everything. She accuses Paritosh of wanting Pari back only to separate from her and demand money. Kinjal warns him against going to Mumbai.
Anupama and Rajini arrive at the police station, where Preet greets them. Ishani begs Anupama to believe she has good character. Anupama comforts her. At home, Hasmuk and Leela feel concerned about Ishani, while Pakhi prays for her safety.
Other girls at the station plead with Anupama to rescue them. Anupama urges them to stand up for themselves if they’re innocent. Rajini contacts the commissioner and ensures the girls are freed while a thorough investigation happens. Meanwhile, Prem and Rahi overhear Prerna accusing Rajini of using the situation for politics and ruining Varun’s wedding. This makes them doubt Rajini.
The press starts suggesting that Rajini herself might be running the operation. Anupama brings Ishani and Preet outside, but the press immediately begins blaming them. The neighborhood residents also turn against Ishani and Preet. Anupama strongly defends them. Preet feels heartbroken by the lack of trust from the neighborhood residents. Anupama decides to take responsibility for Ishani and Preet. Rajini feels satisfied seeing the neighborhood residents oppose Anupama, while Prerna attempts to defend her.
The episode ends dramatically when a woman throws a sandal at Preet. Anupama intervenes and protects her, shocking everyone.
Precap: Anupama says anyone can be wrongly accused and questions what people would do in such circumstances. She tells Ishani and Preet to remember that if they’re innocent, they should neither retreat nor hang their heads.
