In today’s episode, Anupama becomes angry and yells at anyone speaking badly about Ishani and Preet. She cautions the community members and states she won’t forgive anyone who unfairly criticizes Preet and Ishani. Rajini grins while hearing Anupama, but Prerna catches her. Rajini quickly stops grinning.
Anupama mentions that the community trusts her enough to give her signing authority, yet they don’t trust Preet, who has lived among them for six years. She firmly stands up for Ishani and Preet. One woman questions why Preet and Ishani come home late at night and how anyone would understand their reasons. Anupama responds by saying even she arrives home late sometimes—does that mean her character should be doubted? She adds that many girls work night jobs, and that doesn’t give anyone permission to judge them.
Anupama questions why people enjoy watching television shows without judging the actors performing in them. She asks whether those performers should also face questions for working late. She continues by saying that Ishani may have made errors before, but she would never do anything that could harm her self-respect or reputation. Anupama highlights that press workers often exaggerate stories for views. She questions how the community can hastily judge Ishani and Preet based on such reports.
Anupama explains that while the press’s role is revealing facts, they often amplify people’s suffering for dramatic news. She lectures the press, saying their careless reporting can ruin someone’s existence. Rajini comes forward and backs Anupama, asking the press to behave responsibly.
The neighborhood residents say sorry to Anupama, but she asks if an apology can repair the harm caused. She says their comments have seriously wounded people today. Anupama advises Ishani to properly verify backgrounds before taking any filming work. She asks Pakhi to stop valuing money above all else. She also asks Preet to stop being confrontational constantly and reminds her she’s facing consequences for her kindness, as she only attempted helping Ishani. Anupama says farewell to Bharti. Bharti and Preet share a touching moment. Bharti feels disappointed with Preet for missing her wedding, and Preet apologizes.
