Rahi attempts making Pakhi understand, but Pakhi tells her to keep away and also asks Anupama not to meddle. Anupama says as a mother, she has authority to meddle and reminds Pakhi she has endured her disrespectful behavior for years. She begs Pakhi not to commit the worst error of her existence.
Pakhi tells Anupama to stop preaching her. She blames the family for constantly criticizing her and never understanding her isolation. She praises Diwaker for grasping her suffering. Anupama says Diwaker is mentally troubled and calls him unstable. Paritosh again asks Pakhi to locate a decent man and marry.
