Anupama 20th February 2026 Written Update
Today’s episode starts with Anupama telling Hasmukh she can only get inside through the back entrance. Hasmukh asks her to be cautious. Anupama plans to go in and instructs Hasmukh to warn her if Tina or anyone else comes back. Hasmukh agrees to give her a signal. He expresses gratitude for her help, and she tells him to stay safe.
Arjun’s Troubles
Meanwhile, Dheeraj and Nasir run after Arjun. They get into his auto and demand he drive them somewhere, which annoys Arjun. Dheeraj mocks Arjun, asking if he’ll attack them and push them out onto the street. Arjun looks surprised by this comment.
Finding Manpreet
On the other side, Anupama has difficulty entering Arjun’s house. She’s surprised to find Manpreet sitting in the kitchen. Manpreet urges Anupama to leave quickly before Tina shows up.
Tina Returns Home
Tina notices Hasmukh outside and demands to know who he is. Hasmukh alerts Anupama that Tina has come back. Manpreet becomes frightened and refuses to speak with Anupama. Anupama informs Manpreet she has a message from Ravinder for her.
Tina enters the house and rudely asks for water. Manpreet appears scared. Anupama feels shocked watching Tina treat Manpreet so disrespectfully. Manpreet repeatedly asks Anupama to leave, but Anupama promises her team will soon help reunite her with Ravinder. She gives Manpreet a letter and asks her to keep the visit secret.
Tina’s Cruel Behavior
Tina threatens Manpreet and gives her multiple orders—bring water, clean the entire house, and finish making rotis without wasting any food. Anupama hides nearby and silently tries to comfort Manpreet. Tina grows suspicious and becomes even ruder. She asks Manpreet if she damaged anything.
Manpreet nervously admits she broke a spoon. Tina reacts with anger and threatens to beat her with a handle if the house isn’t cleaned properly. Anupama decides Tina needs to face consequences soon.
Pakhi’s Money Troubles
Elsewhere, Ishani asks Pakhi if she’s still attempting to reach Diwaker. Pakhi believes he’ll answer her call eventually. Ishani tries to make Pakhi realize that Diwaker manipulated her feelings, took her money, and disappeared, leaving Pakhi worried and upset.
Confrontation Outside
Hasmukh waits for Anupama outside the house. Tina questions him and even threatens to contact the police, forcing Hasmukh to run away quickly.
Support for Manpreet
Inside, Anupama reassures Manpreet that she’ll make sure Tina and Arjun pay for their actions and will help her escape this situation. Ravinder calls Manpreet and tells her to trust both Hasmukh and Anupama completely.
Hasmukh urges Anupama to return before Tina discovers her, but Anupama decides to prepare food before leaving. Manpreet doesn’t want her to work, but Anupama insists she sit down and starts cooking Manpreet’s favorite sweet dish.
Revealing the Abuse
Manpreet shares that Tina and Arjun frequently deny her food. Hearing this breaks Anupama’s heart. She becomes determined to seek justice for both Manpreet and Ravinder’s suffering. Anupama gives Manpreet specific instructions on what to do next.
