Anupama 28th January 2026 Written Update: Today’s episode starts with Anupama lighting a lamp. Preet shares good news—after their protest, many women now support them against Rajni. Anupama feels anxious. One day is gone, and she only has two days left. She can’t stop thinking about Pari and Ishani. Preet tries to calm her, saying Mumbai is a safe city. Anupama agrees but wishes the girls had at least called. When the lamp suddenly goes out, she feels even more restless.
Vasundhara gives Parag two days to decide. Khyati encourages him, saying he’ll figure things out. Prem also stands by his side, making Parag emotional. He says parents feel blessed when their children support them. The father and son share a warm hug.
Anupama keeps worrying. Meanwhile, Pari and Ishani take a faster route home. Pari feels uncomfortable about this choice. Two men start following them. At the same time, Rahi breaks down thinking about Parag. Prem consoles her and suggests she quietly support Anupama, reminding her that she knows her mother isn’t doing anything wrong. Rahi stays confused.
Ishani and Pari run home, calling for Anupama. When she asks what’s wrong, they tell her that Rajni’s men threatened them. The men warned them to back off or face worse next time. Anupama becomes furious. She says Rajni has gone too far by threatening young girls.
Rajni gives Varun a new car and Bharti a music studio. She tells Bharti that even though she lost Prerna, she still has her and will always be there. Just then, Anupama storms in and accuses Rajni of sending men after Pari and Ishani. Rajni denies it. Anupama questions how a woman could send goons after girls. She asks if Rajni has never felt unsafe on the streets, on buses, or in her neighborhood.
Varun tries defending Rajni, but Anupama tells him to stay quiet. She warns Rajni that if anything happens to her family, there will be serious consequences. She says she’s been fighting respectfully, but if pushed too far, she won’t hold back. Rajni looks shaken.
Paritosh and Pakhi want Ishani and Pari to come home, claiming they’re unsafe with Anupama. The girls refuse. Anupama also asks them to leave. Pakhi mockingly says Anupama is finally making sense and urges them to go before she changes her mind. Paritosh agrees. But Ishani and Pari stand firm—they won’t leave Anupama no matter what. While Pakhi and Paritosh worry, Hasmuk tells them to trust Anupama.
Anupama hugs both girls. Prerna asks where she went. Anupama says a mother will do anything to protect her child. She reveals she confronted Rajni directly and warned her.
